Arugula

Arugula is a peppery, spicy green in the mustard family. It is wonderful in a salad mix, on top of pizza or served on the side of most dishes.

How to Store:

Please note we typically do not wash salad greens, because they do not store well when wet. We harvest them in the late evening before your CSA delivery day, and then immediately cool them at 2 degrees for 12 hours, to increase storage time. Washing and drying your greens at home with a salad spinner is ideal as it does a great job getting them fully dry. Once washed and dried, they will store in a plastic bag or container for 1-2 weeks.
