How to Store:
In a plastic bag in your fridge, or just in your crisper drawer for 2-3 days. Try to dry the leaves off before putting in the fridge to help it last longer.

Recipe Suggestions:
You can use the whole plant, stems and leaves! We grow an assortment of varieties that vary in size, from baby to full sized. Pak Choy, Pac Choi and Bok Choy are the same, when it comes to cooking, and you can use them interchangeably in recipes.
