How to Store:
Typically, we harvest carrots and cut their tops off, which we leave in the field as a mulch to cover & protect the soil, so your carrots will come as just the roots. They can be stored in your crisper, though they do benefit from being wrapped in a cloth or plastic as well. You can also store in a container in your fridge. Carrots with a bit of dirt on them will store longer that carrots that have been scrubbed clean!
