How to Store:

Wrap whole head in a cloth and store in crisper drawer.

For long term (up to a year) use, freeze by: washing, trimming and cutting stalks into 1 inch lengths. Water blanch for 3 minutes. Cool promptly, drain any water, and freeze. I prefer to freeze in a single layer on a cookie sheet, and then transfer to a sealed freezer bag. Use frozen celery for cooked recipes. Without blanching, frozen celery will last 2 months.
