Fenugreek (methi)

How to Store:

Wash and dry off any moisture, and store in your fridge in a plastic bag or container.

To dry, pick leaves off stem and spread the leaves out in a single layer in a well ventilated space out of direct sunlight (perhaps a space on your kitchen counter). Leave them out until fully dried, rotating the leaves a couple times throughout the day to help evenly dry. Dry methi can be stored in a sealed jar or container in your pantry.

Recipe Suggestions:

Fresh fenugreek, or methi, are rich, flavourful, slightly pungent leaves commonly used as in South Asian dals and curries.
