How to Store:
Store dry in a loosely sealed bag in your fridge for up to 2 weeks, though it is best when fresh!

Recipe Suggestions:
This ginger root is harvested when young and doesn’t need to be peeled. It tastes much more vibrant than what you’d find in a grocery store, and doesn’t need much to taste delicious- you can even have it raw! Or try adding to curries, soups, fruit crumbles, juices, smoothies… even homemade curry paste!
The ginger greens can be used to make a mild, gentle tea, or can be simmered in curries, soups and stalks to add flavour.
