Kale

We grow four types of Kale: green curly kale, dinosaur/lacinato kale, red russian kale and a baby kale mix, based on the time of year. They can all be used similarly for both salads and cooking.

How to Store:

Store dry in a loosely sealed bag or container in your fridge for up to a week.
