How to Store:
If your kohlrabi comes with greens, cut them off and store in a loosely sealed bag or container in your fridge. The kohlrabi bulb will store well in your crisper drawer for at least 2 weeks.

Recipe Suggestions:
If your kohlrabi comes with greens, use them as you would kale or collards (try them sauteed in a pan or added to soups/stews). To cook the kohlrabi bulb, you can peel the outer tougher skin and dice, grate or chop into matchsticks. Eat it raw in salads or with your favourite dip. I prefer it cooked by sautee-ing chopped kohlrabi bulb in a skillet with some oil, salt and green garlic, covering the pan with a lid for a couple minutes till it’s tender and then uncovering and turning up the heat to get it crispy. Add in chopped kohlrabi greens and/or other fresh greens and herbs of choice, and stir after removing from heat to wilt the greens.
