How to Store:

Store dry in a loosely sealed bag or container in your fridge for at least 2 weeks.

Recipe Suggestions:

Related to garlic and onions, but with a milder, sweeter flavour, leeks are wonderfully versatile and pair with pretty much all other veggies. Use the white and light green portion of the plant for cooking (you can sautee, roast, steam, grill, make soup!), and the dark green tips for making broths.
