Malabar Spinach

How to Store:

Store dry in a plastic bag or container in your fridge. It is best consumed within a few days.

Recipe Suggestions:

Malabar actually isn’t related to spinach, but it very closely resembles it in flavour. It is a semi-succulent vining plant that loves hot weather, and unlike true spinach, grows well in the intense summer season. It is thicker and more ‘earthy’ in taste than spinach, with a buttery texture when raw and juicy/tender when cooked.
