How to Store:
Wash and dry in a salad spinner, and store in a plastic container in your fridge for up to a week.

Recipe Suggestions:
Malabar is a mustard green very similar to arugula, but milder with less of a peppery bite. Mild and sweet enough for salads, the thin, light-green, feathery leaves are deeply-cut but not curled. It can be enjoyed raw in salads/sandwiches, or wilted into cooked dishes (soups, stir-fires, curries, eggs).
