How to Store:
In the summer, you will receive freshly harvested onions, which have not been cured. These will store in your fridge for 2 weeks.
In the fall, you will receive onions that have been cured for storage, and can be kept in a cool, dark space (pantry) for about 2 months. Though, keep an eye on them and use at the first sign of sprouting.
