Peas

We grow three types of peas: sugar snap peas, shelling peas and snow peas.

How to Store:

Store in a container or jar (with a lid) in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.

Recipe Suggestions:

Snow peas and snap peas have edible pods, and can be munched up raw in salads or in a tasty snack. They also taste great in a stir fry! They are very similar, and can mostly be used interchangeably in recipes, though snow peas are a bit faster to cook because they are thinner.

Shelling peas need to be removed from their pod, and taste much better and sweeter when cooked. Try them in pastas, curries, fried rice and veggie bowls.
