Recipe Suggestions:

Fresh summer squash don’t need much to be incredibly tasty and tender. They can even be eaten raw when they are very small-try them shaved in salads with a lemony vinaigrette. They can be cooked in a variety of ways: roasted, stovetop, barbeque, or made into your favourite zucchini bread. I like to sear with olive oil it at high heat on the stove top to make it crispy on the outside, and tender and creamy on the inside, and then mix with chopped herbs.
